Smith & Smith Counseling (formerly Horizon Treatment Center), is a private outpatient counseling clinic that specializes in Mental Health and Substance Abuse rehabilitation and therapeutic treatment services. We have been servicing individuals, families, groups and community agencies for residents of Oakland, Wayne, Washtenaw and Macomb Counties, since 2004.
